Wo ist es jetzt warm? is an information and comparison site. We are not a tour operator and not a travel agency, and we do not sell accommodation, flights or trips.

Contracts are concluded exclusively between you and the provider a link takes you to. That provider’s terms and prices apply. That provider is responsible for bookings, changes, cancellations and refunds.

If a booking, another transaction or a confirmed enquiry (a so-called lead) comes about through our referrals, we receive a commission from the partner concerned. Some partners pay just for the click through to them. What exactly is paid for is set by the partner’s programme. We charge you nothing; the price the provider shows you applies. Result lists with such offers carry a line above them that begins with “Ad”; individual partner links outside such lists are labelled as ads individually.
